Danvers, MA – December 1, 2018 - Archimedia Solutions Group, a company dedicated to on-site print management solutions for architects and engineers, today announces the acquisition of Nashua, NH based Imtek, a highly respected supplier of wide format printing equipment and related supplies with an exceptional reputation for service. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The acquisition of Imtek allows Archimedia to expand its geographic reach as well as bolster its sales and service organizations. Archimedia, which acquired BL Makepeace in 2017 sees Imtek as a natural extension of its equipment dealership and service business. Also, it helps Archimedia to apply its progressive, solution-driven On-Site Print Management model to a much broader client base.
Archimedia was formed in 2006 and offers on-site print management including cost recovery solutions, technical support, and extreme responsiveness. Imtek, founded in 1988 by Lee and Roberta Harrington is a servicing dealer of wide-format printing equipment from Ricoh, Hewlett Packard, Canon, and KIP.
