Archimedia Solutions Group is in search of a motivated, detail oriented, customer focused, individual to provide operational support to our sales team.
Position Profile:
As a Inside Sales Coordinator you will be responsible for managing sales support, overseeing the post-sale process, managing vendor relations, and assisting with sales analytics all within a fast-paced, professional environment.
Responsibilities:
- Primary contact for sales team support
- Maintain inventory levels and equipment pricing
- Assist sales team with orders, quotes, and proposals
- Follow up with customers on order inquiries
- Communicate with customers post-sale regarding expectations and logistics
- Request and thoroughly review customer site surveys
- Manage vendor communications
- Act as the primary contact for manufacturer-related inquiries
- Oversee vendor rebates, discounts & other incentives
- Manage Salesforce data and reporting
- Track & analyze key performance metrics
- Develop reports, presentations and spreadsheets as required
- Assist with sales & marketing sales promotions

- Bachelor’s degree or sales experience
- Sales Force and Quick Books experience a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft office – Excel, Word, Power Point
